Welcome to the National Police College of Jamaica's Library. The library houses collections extensively on police and law materials of the Jamaica Constabulary Force. The Staff is dedicated and committed to providing our library patrons with efficient services. We go the extra mile in providing information to members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force and course participants from the various faculties and the Caribbean Police Forces.
The National Police College Library is a Special Research library of the Jamaica Constabulary Force. The establishment of the library at the National Police College of Jamaica was in 1983, when the Commissioner granted permission to use the building for the purpose. Since its establishment, the Library supports the research needs of local and other Caribbean Police Forces, It is also extended to external users who are not police personnel. The Library has a growing collection of non-print materials, books, magazines, journals, photographs, maps, pamphlets, over 150 subject areas of newspaper clippings, electronic resources on Force Orders and other publications in the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
The Force Orders Database can be found at the following link http://seek.jcsc.edu.jm:8080 . All members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force can register by using their JCF email address to access the Force Order database.
